How it works is easy - it does not cost anything to join - sometimes we have folks cancel a reservation, and we do NOT want our unit to sit empty. So we email out to you weeks for as low as $199 or sometimes even less. It's a great deal for you, and this way our Condo is always occupied, so we both win!
This website is designed to SAVE YOU MONEY on your next Cocoa Beach vacation.
